Rhys and Paul Crilley bring us their take on the MBS Europe team's big air + jibfest demo last month at the Queen's home town..

1. Another MBS demo, another train journey from Birmingham for me. The artwork in the train station points to ladies and horseriding, usually the standard for Windsor racecourse but for the weekend of the British Leisure Show the highlight won’t be midgets riding hornless unicorns or ladies wearing silly hats.
2. With the new MBS boards yet to be released, Tom Kirkman wasn’t keen on having shots leaked to the press.
3. It was monsoon season down south for the first days of the show, big ramp sessions weren’t going down and some minishred action was in order.
4. Ok so it was a pretty unorthodox session, but zombie filmmaker Woody was there to capture all the action when it happened.
5. World Freestyley Champion, Tom Kirkman, was on form again, stomping some epic tricks!
6. Tailblockers all round, TK wows the crowds. It was cold so everyone was wearing their best jumpers.
7. Everyone agrees that the TK pro 100 has the best graphic ever with all those lovely hands. But did you know the best hand on there is actually a foot? A foot with the infamous mega toe, the secret to TK’s success.
8. Here’s an MC's view shot of Tom Read getting all grabby.
9. It was that wet Tuai Lovejoy bought kids wellies from the supermarket, they were a size 6 and he had to get one of us to help whenever he wanted to take them off. Most of us just had carrier bags wrapped around our socks.
10. Another mini shred session with Jamie Johnstone getting up to all kinds of skate inspired mischief despite getting attacked by tounges.
11. If Jamie J had a pound for every time he did a sick rail trick he’d be richer than Bill Gates. No one coughed up for this backside lipslide but I leant him 2 quid later on, he still hasn’t paid me back, Jamie if your reading this can I have my £2? I need it to buy some um-bongo...
12. Does anyone remember that shot of Leon and AJ on the same rail at Bugs that was in ATBMag ages ago? (it's here! Ed.) This is that photo 2.0 but with backside lipslides instead of 50-50s. TK and JJ got skillz.
13. Eventually the sun came out on the last day and the crowd were treated to some of the best mountainboard action on the planet. Someone managed to peel Tuai out of his wellies and he was throwing down crazy corked fives like this>
14. Jamie was in a state of pure nirvana, dreamily wandering around and stomping tricks with steeze as the colourful sky manta ray gazed on.
15. Before we had to pack down things got a bit silly with the ramps used to teach people how to ride were used as a jumpbox. Tom Read’s got pop.
16. The gap got bigger and the tricks got sillier. Jamie J, frontside 180 over the gap.
17. The weekend ended with a rail getting involved, before my camera battery died I managed to snap this shot of Tom Kirkman, ollie to 5-0. He went on to frontside boardslide it, absolutely crazy, no wonder he was the Cream Teas and Jam champion last year!
And now to follow, we have a selection of shots from Paul so that you're completely over-dosed on super stylish steeze :) sweeeeeet!
